
General Assembly
The General Assembly of the members of the Association ?Europäische Metropolregion München? must convene at least once in a calendar year and has the following duties:
- Decision upon membership fees regulations following a proposal from the Board Approval of the budget
- Resolution on alterations to the Association and dissolution of the Association Election of the steering committee
- Approval of the actions of the Board
- Fixing of the membership fees following a proposal from the board
- Any other matters which, whether due to this statute or the law, have to be presented to the General Assembly
The General Assembly has a quorum if more than 1/5 of the members with voting rights are present and the invitations have been issued correctly. It is possible that guests from the steering committee may be invited to the general assemblies, whereby they will not possess any voting rights.
