Skilled Workforce Development

The goal of the ?Skilled Workforce Development? subgroup is to give local players the right tools for attracting a skilled workforce in the Munich Metropolitan Region, with an eye to its long-term maintenance and development. Here, the focus is on specific regional needs in regards to training, education and knowledge management.


In order to reach its goals, the subgroup plans to

• speak directly with the regional players involved,
• network with the other EMM workgroups,
• contribute its own skills, products, information and contacts, while also communicating them.
