Thanks to its extraordinary dynamic the Munich Metropolitan Region (EMM) is one of the leading European economic areas that particularly distinguishes itself by the pronounced diversity of its industries. As well as leading companies from innovative and future-oriented high-tech industries such as aerospace and electronics, or vehicle and machine construction there is also a prospering information and communication sector. But the region is also excellently positioned in the service sector, for example in the media and the banking and insurance trades.
