Electromobility

The topic of ?Electromobility? in the Munich Metropolitan Region is now being highlighted as part of the German federal government?s ?Electric Mobility Pilot Region? programme. The goal is to develop facilities for the commercial production of electric cars and trucks.

At the same time, a network of electric charging stations is also being built. The focus is on making commercial and private transport emissions-free. In order to integrate public transit, the development of hybrid buses is also being encouraged. Concurrent studies assist in the technical optimization of vehicles, the development of the charging network infrastructure, and the adjustment of the overall framework to the needs of the vehicle user.
