The optimal incorporation of the EMM in the European high-speed rail network has top priority for the working group Mobility. Its aim is to further the Magistrale trains of the Trans-European network (TEN) Paris ? Munich ? Bratislava and Berlin ? Munich ? Palermo, which meet in the EMM, to network them with the rail network of the Metropolitan Region and incorporate into the trans-alpine passenger and freight traffic systems. This will be accompanied by lobbying and awareness-raising activities.
